Brief description of the content
In Computer Applications Technologies (CAT), learners are exposed and trained in using various software applications along with getting acquainted with the theory of the various computing components, thus enabling learners to solve daily problems effectively via Information Communication Technologies (ICTs). In the theory component one of the most important modules in all the grades is networks.
Networks covered in grade 10: Technologies need to send digital data between devices, the electronic means to transfer data, information dissemination between individuals, groups in the same are or various different locations.
